Compatible phones
Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. The quickest check: dial *#06#, if you see an “EID” line, your phone supports eSIM.

Privacy and security
Do you really not need my identity?
Really. No name, no email, no phone number, no passport, no selfie: not when you buy, not when you top up. You connect a wallet and sign a message, that's your account.
What do you store about me?
Your wallet address, your orders (with their transaction hashes) and the install details of your eSIMs, so we can show them to you. Nothing that says who you are. We don't run analytics or ad trackers.
Can you see what I do online?
No. We sell the eSIM and its data credit, we don't route or inspect your traffic. As with any mobile line, the networks that carry your data can see metadata: add a VPN or Tor if you want end-to-end privacy.
Is my payment anonymous?
Your payment is recorded on a public blockchain and linked to your wallet address, not to your name. For extra privacy, pay from a wallet you only use for this, funded without KYC where you can.
What happens if my wallet is lost?
Your account is your wallet: whoever controls it can sign in. Keep your recovery phrase safe. Your eSIM keeps working on your phone either way, since it is installed on the device.
Before you buy
Will my phone work?
Most phones released since 2019 support eSIM: iPhone XS and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, and many more. Your phone must be carrier-unlocked.
Can I use one eSIM in several countries?
Yes. Your data credit works in every destination we cover. Each country has its own local rate, so the same credit gives more or less data depending on where you are. Your account shows how much data you have left for any country.
Why do you recommend a specific network?
In most countries your eSIM can connect to several local networks, and some use your data faster than others. Each destination page shows the network your data is sized for. Select it manually in your phone's network settings for the best value.
Do I get a phone number?
The standard eSIM is data-only: keep your usual SIM for calls, or call over WhatsApp, Signal or FaceTime. If you need a number for sign-ups, choose Data + US number: it receives SMS codes and incoming calls.
Installing and using
How do I install my eSIM?
On iPhone (iOS 17.4 or later), open your order on the phone and tap “Install on this iPhone”. Otherwise, scan the QR code from your account with the phone you travel with: Settings › Mobile Service › Add eSIM on iPhone, Settings › Network & internet › SIMs on Android. Do it before you leave, on Wi-Fi.
I've landed and I have no connection
Check three things: the eSIM is selected for mobile data, Data Roaming is turned on for this line, and you are not in airplane mode. If it still doesn't connect, select a network manually in your settings, then restart your phone.
When should I install my eSIM?
Install it before you leave, while you're on Wi-Fi. It only starts using data once you switch mobile data to it and turn on data roaming at your destination.
Does my data really never expire?
Yes. There is no validity period: whatever you don't use stays on your eSIM, and you can top up at any time to keep using it on your next trip.
Can I share my connection?
Yes, hotspot works on every plan at no extra cost.
I see an unfamiliar number in my settings
That's a technical identifier of the line, not a phone number you can use. You can safely ignore it.
US phone number
What is the US number for?
It is a real US +1 mobile number on your eSIM. It receives SMS and incoming calls, so you can get verification codes from apps and services that ask for a US number.
Can I send SMS or call from it?
No. Outgoing SMS and regular outgoing calls are not available. Use WhatsApp, FaceTime or any calling app over data. Emergency calls work.
How long do I keep the number?
12 months from purchase. Renew from your account before the end date to keep the same number for another year. After the end date the number is released and can't be recovered, but your eSIM keeps working for data.
How many numbers can I have?
Up to 3 active US numbers per wallet.
Wallet and payment
How do I sign in?
Connect your wallet (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet and others) and sign a short message. On a phone, open this site in your wallet app's built-in browser. Signing is free and never moves funds. Your eSIMs are attached to your wallet address: no email, no password.
How do I pay?
With USDC or USDT from your wallet (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet and others), on Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Optimism or Ethereum. Base has the lowest network fees.
What about network fees?
The network fee is paid by your wallet in the network's own coin (ETH on Base, Arbitrum, Optimism and Ethereum, POL on Polygon, BNB on BNB Chain). Keep a small amount for it. On Base it is usually a few cents.
I paid but my eSIM isn't ready
Your order page updates by itself once the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. If it stays pending, write to [email protected] with your order number and the transaction link.
How do I top up?
Connect the same wallet, open your eSIM and pick a top-up. The data is added to the same eSIM within seconds, there is nothing to reinstall.
I'm changing phones
