Kova is operated by Kova Connect FZ-LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. We resell prepaid mobile data eSIMs and US phone number leases provided by our network partners.

A data eSIM comes with a prepaid balance that never expires. It is used at the rate of the network your phone connects to: the destination pages say which network gives the most data.

The US number plan adds a +1 number for incoming SMS and calls for 12 months. It can be renewed before it lapses. Once a lease lapses the number can be given to someone else. It cannot call emergency services.

You need an unlocked, eSIM-compatible phone. Check the list on the help page before you buy.

Prices are in US dollars and paid in USDC or USDT, one token per dollar, on the networks shown at checkout. The network fee is paid by your wallet.

The payment must come from the wallet you signed in with, for the exact amount, on the network and token of the order. A transfer that doesn't match is not accepted automatically: write to us and we will sort it out.

An order waits 30 minutes for payment. A transfer that lands later is still checked for 24 hours.

If we can't deliver your eSIM, top-up or renewal, we refund the full amount to the wallet that paid.

Once an eSIM has been delivered, its price is not refundable, because we buy the line from the network the moment you pay. If it doesn't work and we can't fix it, we refund it.

Data balances and number leases are not refundable once added, and are not exchanged for cash or crypto.

No fraud, spam, harassment, or use that breaks the law of the country you're in. No reselling of lines or numbers, and no use of the US number to open accounts in someone else's name.

Holding more than 3 US numbers per wallet is not allowed. We may suspend a line used against these terms, without refund.

Coverage and speed depend on the local networks: we can't guarantee them. Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Payments on public blockchains are final. We are not responsible for transfers sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network, though we will help where we can.

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new orders. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
